SoulTeenth Fest is the vibrant Juneteenth celebration at the heart of SoulFeast Week—honoring culture through entrepreneurship, culinary artistry, and community. With over 5,000 attendees expected, it’s one of Lexington’s biggest celebration of culture, creativity, and freedom.​

We’re inviting licensed alcohol vendors—including small farm wineries, distilleries, microbreweries, mobile bars, and beverage retailers—to join us at SoulTeenth Fest 2025, the flagship Juneteenth celebration of SoulFeast Week.​

Date: Saturday, June 21, 2025
Time: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Set-up: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Breakdown: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Location: Moon Dance Amphitheater (1152 Monarch St Lexington, KY 40513)

Expected Crowd: Planning on a total of about 7,500 attendees on the day with a constant flow of about 3,000 people.​​​

VENDOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

What you'll need to participate:

​

• Hold a valid Kentucky alcohol license with mobile or event privileges

• Be licensed to operate within Fayette County (Lexington, KY)

• Submit a Certificate of Insurance naming LFUCG and SoulFeast Week as additional insured

• Comply with all state and local ABC regulations, including limits on samples, by-the-drink sales, and packaged goods

Important Notes:

• Alcohol vendors are responsible for adhering to all ABC laws and limits tied to their license type

• Vendors must be fully operational from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Setup is from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM; power needs must be confirmed in advance​

Whether you’re pouring craft cocktails, local wine, or signature brews, SoulTeenth Fest is a high-traffic, high-vibe space where intentional prep = better results. Here’s how to make the most of the day:​

🍹 Set Up to Shine

• Arrive early. Alcohol vendors must be ready for inspection and setup between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

• Know your footprint. Bring proper signage and clearly mark pricing, samples, and drink options.

• Power access available upon request—please let us know in advance.

🥂 Serve Smart

• Ensure all servers are certified, and staff understand any sampling limits or package restrictions per your license.

• Sampler options (1–3 oz pours) are a great way to get more guests to engage and discover your product.

• Consider offering a “Fest Special” or combo (e.g., “2 tastings + 1 cocktail”) to drive volume.

📣 Promote Your Brand

• Bring table signage, banners, or flags with your brand name + social handles

• Have postcards, QR codes, or discount offers for guests to connect with you post-event

• If you offer bottled product or prepackaged sales, display them attractively with clear pricing​​
