EXPECTED CROWD: Planning on a total of about 5,000 attendees on the day with a constant flow of about 3,000 people.

FOR CULINARY VENDORS (Food/Beverage)

Culinary Vendors must source at least one ingredient through Black Soil KY. Sourcing List will be available by April 15, 2024.

Culinary Vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit through the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department. The link for the Temporary Food Service Application and more culinary vendor compliance information can be accessed by clicking above.

Culinary Vendors must have their Food Handlers/Managers Permit posted on site, a three-compartment sink set-up, and follow COVID-19 Protocols including: face-masks, hand sanitizing stations, and contactless payment options.

ALL VENDORS
Once approved, all vendors must submit the following paperwork:
1. Certificate of Insurance: The applicant shall furnish a certificate of commercial general liability insurance written through a company with an A.M. Best rating of “A” or better with the minimum amount of $1,000,000, listing the LFUCG and SoulFeast Week as an “additional insured.” Acceptable Insurance Certificates must be submitted at least 20 days before the date of the event or the event application is subject to be denied.
NOTE: A Declarations Page will not substitute for a Certificate of Insurance.
